Brief Description
These four lessons focus on the life experiences of Job. Throughout this Old Testament book, Job maintains his integrity despite many trials. In our first lesson, “Integrity in the Midst of Suffering,” Job, a man of acknowledged faith, endures great pain and loss yet refuses to speak out against God. The second lesson, “Integrity in Seeking God,” highlights Job’s persistence in communicating with God. He requests a trial in order to prove his innocence. In “Integrity in Everyday Life,” our third lesson, Job testifies that he has done no wrong: he has not mistreated his slaves or loved wealth too much. In our final lesson—“Integrity in God’s Presence”—God appears to Job out of a whirlwind. Once Job meets God face to face, he understands God in a new way.
