All Quiet on the Sunday School Front

One of the Saturday night fears of Sunday morning small group leaders is having to face a crowd of learners resistant to joining discussion on the day’s lesson. Few teaching challenges are more daunting than finding fresh ways to draw in a reticent class.

Stop Making Sense

When I was a child, little made sense to me. I did not understand the purpose of life….Sometimes I would ask a grown-up person to explain something to me and those I asked generally obliged. Their explanations made no sense to me but they seemed to make sense to them.

Not Just by the Numbers

Adults learn every day. Yet, we often make Sunday school so boring that adults quit coming. Adults desire stimulating learning approaches that challenge them to think and engaging opportunities for deepening fellowship and growing relationships.
