Facing Dualism

“Never blame any day in your life. Good days give you happiness. Bad days give you experience.” (author unknown)

Like everyone else, I sometimes take a dualistic view of the world. Things are good or bad, black or white, true or false. This attitude always accompanies the temptation to be judgmental, which, combined with the dualism, works against living a life of gratitude. Gratitude is sometimes hard work because I have to make myself realize that everything counts, every day counts, every experience counts, and I have to be grateful for it all.

Be grateful for all your days, including this one.
