  1. On your computer, find the email with the links to your eBook
  2. Download the .epub version of the book to your computer
  3. Locate the folder which contains the newly downloaded eBook file (likely your “Downloads” folder) and copy the .epub file
  4. Ensure you device is turned on and unlocked, then physically connect your Nook to your computer using your device’s USB cable
  5. Windows: When prompted on your computer, click “Open folder to view files” to open the drive for your device. If you are not prompted, navigate in your file explorer window to your device’s storage.
    Mac: Double-click on your device’s icon on your desktop
  6. Navigate to the “My Files” folder, then to the “Books” folder, which should contain other eBook files
  7. Paste the .epub file (copied in step 3) to the “Books” folder on your Nook
  8. Eject your device from your computer before unplugging it. If you are using an older Windows computer, ejecting may not be possible.
  9. Your new book will now appear in your Nook library

 

Nook Tablet

  1. On your computer, find the email with the links to your eBook

  3. Locate the folder which contains the newly downloaded eBook file (likely your “Downloads” folder) and copy the .epub file
  4. Ensure you device is turned on and unlocked, then physically connect your tablet to your computer using your device’s USB cable
  5. Swipe down from the top of your device’s screen and tap on the message referencing USB options
  6. Select the option for “Transfer Files” or “Media device (MTP)”
  7. Windows: When prompted on your computer, click “Open device to view files” to open the drive for your Nook Tablet. If you are not prompted, navigate in your file explorer window to your device’s storage.
    Mac: Use the “Android File Transfer” app to access your device
  8. Navigate to “Internal Storage”, then to the “Books” folder, which should contain other eBook files
  9. Paste the .epub file (copied in step 3) to the “Books” folder on your Tablet
  10. Eject your device from your computer before unplugging it. If you are using an older Windows computer, ejecting may not be possible.
  11. Your new book will now appear in your Nook library
