When sending an email to request help with a NextSunday.com order, please...
• Send your email to the correct address.
• Include the Order Number of your purchase. "NextSunday.com Order Confirmation ####-####-####" is the subject of the confirmation email you receive after your order is processed. (The confirmation email goes to the email address listed on the order.) If possible, forward your confirmation email and include your question.
• Identify your operating system. For example, Windows XP or Mac OS X.
• Identify your internet browser. For example, Internet Explorer 5.0.1, Firefox 1.5, etc.
