Brief Description
In today's society, heroes can be hard to find. Positive role models are present, but they seldom "get the press." Many children are exposed more often to negative influence than positive. Children need positive influence in their lives, and must learn how to recognize individuals with admirable characteristics.

Old Testament Heroes explores four individuals from Scripture to see what makes each one an Old Testament hero. Children will learn how to help within the home, church, and greater community. They will learn how prayer and spiritual strength will help them to help others. Children will explore what is means to lead others. Finally, children will discover that no matter how small they feel, they can make a difference.
